Trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and mentored by Michelin-starred kitchens across Paris and Mumbai, Arjun returned to India with one ambition — to give India's ancient culinary heritage a place at the world's finest tables. His philosophy is simple: extraordinary ingredients, honest technique, relentless curiosity.

His cooking respects the grandmother's kitchen as much as the molecular lab. The result is food that feels deeply familiar and startlingly new at the same time.
